Program Overview

Explore the challenges and innovations shaping space habitats and in-space cuisine from the heart of Paris. Guided by top spaceflight executives and elite visionary space food and hotel designers, you will help design a space hotel, taste authentic space food, grow plants for Mars, and dine with crewmates at Europe’s top space-themed restaurant.

Itinerary
Day 0
Arrival
Arrive at Charles de Gaulle International Airport (CDG) in Paris, France, followed by a seamless transfer to the luxurious SO/ Hotel Paris. Enjoy a warm welcome reception featuring exclusive SWAG gifts to kick off your experience in style.

Tour the National Centre for Space Studies (CNES) and meet top spaceflight experts that will share the latest on research, food, tech, and where life in space is headed.

Future Hotel
Work side by side with the renowned Starck design team to develop luxury on-orbit hotels for space. Explore innovative solutions for sleep, dining, hygiene, and beyond!
Future of Food
Find a Mars plant at Interstellar Labs BioFarms of the future, where brilliant minds design ‘plant pods’ which will revolutionize space food for Mars and sustainable dining on Earth.
Day 3
Space Food
Suit up and step into the kitchen at L’École Ducasse, where top space chefs will guide you to create your own space food! Discover how flavors change in zero gravity in this fun taste in space session.
Celebrate
Raise a glass of champagne on the SO/Rooftop as we celebrate an unforgettable three days of Living in Space. Enjoy a farewell dinner and certificate ceremony, toasting to new friendships, incredible experiences, and the journey ahead!
